The death toll in the disaster has climbed to 32, while some 197 people are still missing, confirmed the Uttarakhand Police on Tuesday. The rescue operations at Tapovan tunnel in Chamoli district is continuing for the third day today. The district was hit by a massive disaster early Sunday after a glacier broke off at Joshimath and flooded the Rishiganga and Dhauli Ganga rivers.Watch video,
उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले में रविवार को ग्लेशियर टूटने की घटना में कई लोगों की जान चली गई और कई लापता हैं. जिले में अब भी बचाव कार्य जारी है. ग्लेशियर टूटने के बाद अलकनंदा का जलस्तर बढ़ने के बाद राज्य में भारी तबाही का मंजर सामने आया था. इस हादसे में अबतक 32 लोगों के शव बरामद किए गए हैं और 197 लोग अब भी लापता हैं. जिंदगियों पर तबाही बनकर टूटे ग्लेशियर ने संपत्ति को भी खासा नुकसान पहुंचाया है. देखें वीडियो
